SAFE MIX Ready Concrete and Block Factory
SAFE MIX (est. 1998 by UNEC Chairman Eng. Abdulhalim Muwahid) is a multi-award-winning UAE leader in ready-mix concrete. With 7 branches, 13 automated plants (2M m³/year), and a fleet of 40+ pumps, 158 mixers, and 42 booms, it also produces 1M+ blocks/month in its advanced factory.
SAFETECH Precast Building Manufacturing
SAFETECH Precast Building Manufacturing LLC is an MIG Holding company and a core pillar of the Group’s industrial portfolio, proudly operating the Middle East’s largest and most advanced precast concrete facility. Spanning over 2.2 million square feet, the state of the art complex features a 750,000 square foot manufacturing area and an 800,000 square foot storage yard, with an annual production capacity exceeding 700,000 cubic meters.
AYKA Facility and Property Management
Facility and Property Management is a dynamic enterprise deeply committed to providing innovative solutions for our esteemed clients. Our comprehensive suite of services spans facility and property management, encompassing both technical (hard and soft) services, as well as security services.
UNEC Joinery improved its effectiveness and efficiency in managing its environmental impact in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001, through its Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System (QHSE). A greater number of clients are aiming to achieve sustainability recognition for their projects such as the “Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method” (BREEAM) certification OR the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification OR through complying to the Green Buildings and Estidama Programme regulations and specifications.
And we are working towards the enhancement of the internal capabilities to reach the highest standards.

Those methods helped to place greater focus upon having development strategies centred around minimising construction waste, finding ways to reduce CO2 emissions and improving the environment for wildlife in the surrounding area.
